Library Types - Predefined Business Entity Types

The Library Types branch in the Business Entities pane includes a list of Predefined BE Types that can be used in the logic. Each of these type has predefined properties. If the property has an icon, these properties are collectable.

You cannot edit the properties of a Library Type.

Some of the properties are classified as catalog types, meaning that the property includes a key. The process for updating the database for these types of properties differs from other properties. For other properties, each time a data property is collected, a new row is added to the database. For catalog type properties, a row in the database is updated according to the property key. A new row is then only added to the database if a property key does not exist. As a result, the reports for catalog type properties is differ from the reports for non-catalog type properties.
